"They are complete cheaters. They have shops in both side of the road. I had to exchange some silver jwellery and one shop told that 8500 would be refunded but I have to visit the adjacent shop to buy jwellery. I went there and within a span of minutes they denied of paying 8500 and calculated the value as 7555 When I insisted to get the receipt in which it was mentioned 8500, they showed me an overwriting where 8500 was made 7500. After much argument to the surprise they agreed to pay 8500. I still feel like being cheated and could have got more in return because gold and silver price do not change as it depends on the weight. One of my worst cheating experience from such a big shop. Doing a business of crores, they kept their integraty at stake for just 1000 rupees. Such a shame. I personally will never visit that shop again and neither would recommend anyone else to buy from them. I now understand why their both shops are mostly empty. There must have been many cheated customers just as me."
